HP Laserjet Printer CP2025 Error Message "Missprint" - UPDATE - Replace Pickup Roller

The temporary fix in the previous post lasted just over 12 months but recently I started getting missfeeds. Fortunately when I had the problem initially I purchased a replacement Pickup Roller but I did not install it because the fix was working OK. On this occasion I decided to replace the roller completely. Its a fairly easy job if you follow the guidence in the YouTube Video, link below...

HP CP2025 - Replacing Pickup and Separation Rollers (Includes the CM2320, M351, M375, M451, M475)

NOTE: I did not replace the separation roller as described in the video, you will need to judge for yourself whether this is necessary in your case.

HP Laserjet Printer CP2025 Error Message "Misprint"

My HP Laserjet  Printer CP2025 started miss feeding when printing on both sides with an error message "Misprint". I tried a variety of fixes but in the end, I decided that a new feed roller was required. To purchase replacement pick-up and feed rollers are quite cheap but as an interim measure, I tried a hack that involves reusing the friction belt on the roller. Occasionally the Pickup Roller develops a flat, but this wasn't the case with mine. The video shows a fix for this as well if you need it. Pleased to say the Feed Roller hack worked for me.

You need to view two YouTube Videos one to remove the rollers and the other to show how to reuse the friction belt on the Feed Roller.
